The complexities of aromas and flavors while tasting it blind next to three extraordinary French wines. To distinguish Gustavo's Cabernet became an extremely challenging occurrence. It was an incredible confirmation of the quality and style of his wine that was in perfect tune with World Class Cabernets from Bordeaux. Gustavo dedicated his entire processes with this Cabernet, from the terroir within the Atlas Peak appellation, to the moment when the precious liquid is poured into the wine glass.
