        TERMS & CONDITIONS

         

        • My membership will continuously renew until written or verbal cancellation from me is request at least 5 days prior to the next shipment.
        • Gustavo Wine is authorized to charge my credit card automatically prior to each shipment and all wine purchases are non-refundable once the shipment has processed.
        • I will receive proper notification of the wines selected for members in advance of authorized charge to my credit card.
        • I am at least 21 years of age. I understand that an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. I understand it is my responsibility to notify Gustavo Wine of any address changes prior to billing.
        • I will receive a selection of wine in accordance with my membership level four times per year at membership pricing plus tax and shipping when applicable. I understand that wines are subject to change due to availability and that membership pricing is based off retail prices and as such is subject to change. 
        • I may cancel my membership by writing to wineclub@gustavowine.com at any time without further obligation. Wine previously billed will still ship as scheduled. 
        • As a Gustavo Wine member and by submitting my information through the application process, I agree to receive notifications, marketing communications, and offers from Gustavo Wine.
        • I may opt out of marketing communication and offers is by sending an e-mail to wineclub@gustavowine.com.

        Members must be 21+ years of age and provide verification of their date of birth upon signup and during all wine deliveries (only business address; no PO boxes).

        Members must be present with their guests for winery experiences to enjoy member benefits including preferred pricing on wine.​

        Applicable state taxes and shipping charges will be added, including fees for rerouting and returns to the winery due to failed delivery attempts. It is each member’s responsibility to keep billing and shipping information updated in their account at all times.
