This is our inaugural addition from the newest American Viticultural Area.  We are excited to present you with a Pommard style Pinot Noir.  A full-style wine defined by grace and elegance.  Plenty of fruit aroma depth, from red cherry and strawberry, to raspberry and watermelon.  This medium-bodied Pinot combines these fruit flavors with earthy tones of crushed rock and minerals.  This Pinot delivers an intriguing mix of well-balanced levels of pomegranate, rhubarb and wild strawberry.  Its balanced acidity allows for accents of pink roses and a lingering watermelon flavor.  Expect a long, flavorful finish on this one.

2018 Pinot Noir

This wine starts with an excellent nose full of spicy, fruitful flavors, with licorice and pepper and a touch of oak. This medium body wine has a long, lingering finish, and the initial acidity gives way to a smooth dryness as it opens. It paired well with pork and chicken. Excellent value.

Full bodied Pinot Noir

I'm familiar with many Pinot Noir's, and most are soft and accessible. They can go with light or dark meats. But this one had a light oak finish that made it perfect to accompany the night's filet mignon. The finish complimented the steak as if designed specifically for it! My guests all agreed. I ordered 4 bottles to start. With this quality, Gustavo will be in my collection from now on.
